We are not gonna lie to you. This property is very hot in summer! But you probably know this already if you are looking for land in Arizona.

We filmed and photographed the property on August 7, 2022 afters days of heavy rain. August is the time with the most rain and when the rivers are full. The pictures and the videos show that the land does not have any overflooded areas.
