With years of experience in home renovation and house flipping, Mari Rotella first made her mark in Florida’s booming real estate market during the 1990s. Born and raised in California, she moved to Florida at 18, where her keen eye for detail and passion for transforming spaces quickly set her apart.

While renovating a home in Fort Lauderdale, Mari experienced a life-changing construction accident that left her wheelchair-bound— but her determination and love for design never faded.

Now back in her home state of California, Mari has partnered with Kerstin Knuepfer to reimagine the home-flipping market once again. As an Acquisition Manager, Mari uses her deep industry knowledge and creative vision to identify properties with untapped potential-combining experience, strategy, and resilience to turn every project into something truly exceptional.
